Currie 2 Man Best Ball Participants,
Thank you all for participating in today's event. It took some time, but we eventually got a bit of warm weather to complete our rounds. With the blustery wind and firm greens and fairways, it proved to be a bit tricky selecting the right club on approaches into the greens. We had a tie for first place with team Amble/J. Brandt and Hirsch/Olen at -8. They were followed by team Glinski/Schafer at -6 and Camosy/Cuthbert, Dominick/Reiter, and Bruss/Frenzel all at -4. Closest to the pin competition was won by "Domo" on #8 and Gerry McGrath on #16. You will receive 2 sleeves of premium golf balls next time I see you. Honor scores were turned in by Dominic Carini with a 75 and Steve Jaeger and Chuck Silkey with 79's. Team payouts and skins of $20ea. are detailed below. Thank you to head pro Scott Walecki and assistant Ben Ciha for all there help in running the event.
