MCPLA Team Match at Dretzka Park Golf Course - Results

Gentlemen –

The Currie men had a big day at Dretzka today, winning the event and moving into first place for the season. We collected 134 points, 22 more than second place Whitnall and 24 ahead of third place Grant. Six of our guys grabbed 16 or more points, Steve Jaeger and Jim Sauceda with the max 18, John Hirsch and Jeff Kapp with 17, and a pair of Doug’s, Bowring and Schaefer, with 16. Jaeger was our medalist with a fine 76.

For the season we sit at the top now with 262 points. Whitnall drops to second with 254, and Oakwood is in third with 229.

The course was in fine shape and everything went smoothly, so kudos to Dave Labinski and his staff.
